Purple and blue flowers

I was given the opportunity to make some personal flowers for a friends mother's wedding.  I was excited to do these since, let's just say it, can you really go wrong with purple and blue flowers?

The bouquets... roses, delphinium, white spray roses, and some waxflower for good measure.

Lucky me actually got TWO deliveries today!  

These lovely flowers came with a floral design book - thank you mom-in-law!  :)

My handsome little guy wanted to so badly to get his hands on those.  As you can see from his devilish grin, his purposes were not so benign.

The hubby had this cute thing delivered.  Yes, those are candles on top.  This was my birthday cake-flower, clower perhaps?

It was a good bday... :)
